WILLIAMSBURG — Cornelius Davis, a 20-year Navy veteran, is continuing his personal mission to serve as he opens JDog Carpet Cleaning and Floor Care in the Williamsburg area.

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A locally owned business run by a veteran and his family is deep cleaning people’s homes, helping them go through the ritual of spring cleaning.

Kenneth Martin’s entire career has been in aviation. He started in the Air Force in 2002 and continued to serve until 2008. He eventually enrolled in college and, after graduating in 2016, he knew that business ownership was the career path he wanted to pursue. After discovering JDog Brands, he knew their veteran-centric business models would be the perfect fit for him.

A group of veteran-owned business leaders joined “Fox & Friends Weekend” on Sunday as part of celebrating National Invest in Veterans Week, observed every year from March 1 through 7.

Sergeant Tyler Mauk and his wife Jeanette Mauk opened JDog Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care on February 20, and will be serving the Glenside area through the largest veteran franchise in the nation.

The Carefree Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce held ribbon-cutting ceremonies for a number of businesses recently.
