Jerry Flanagan is the founder of JDog Brands, a veteran-only franchisor that includes two service-based brands (JDog Junk Removal and Hauling and JDog Carpet Cleaning and Floor Care). He started the company to create opportunities for veterans and their families.

Sean-Michael Green knows the feeling of loss that can come with leaving the military and returning to civilian life. Now he’s looking to help other veterans navigate that switch with his new franchise, JDog Junk Removal and Hauling. The business opened less than a month ago in Fairfield and serves nearly 20 towns from New Haven out to the New York line.

Sean-Michael Green, a Marine Corps veteran who spent 12 years in the service, has opened a new business he hopes will not only help residents, but bring employment to other veterans and their families as well.

These Navy Veterans, Casey Shenefield and Bill Davis, hosted their grand opening in Mt. Gilead.
